Implicit biases, whether that be attitudes or stereotypes, affect how we perceive people and in turn can greatly impact our decision-making processes, resulting in inequalities in the workplace. This is especially apparent across marginalized groups who are often unrepresented in senior and leadership roles. This program will address everyday bias and will provide a deeper understanding of how unconscious bias works, and what we can do to better promote systemic change in our programs, policies, and practices.

Attend this program and equip yourself with a valuable understanding of implicit bias and how it affects your practice and the legal world.
