CLE Program on Freedom of Press Oct. 3
The CLE program "Is Freedom of the Press in Jeopardy?" will feature a debate from a panel of media experts on Wednesday, Oct. 3.
Panelists include Anne Gordon (moderator), former managing editor, The Philadelphia Inquirer ; Michael Berry, Levine Sullivan Koch & Schulz LLP; Adam Bonin, Cozen O'Connor; David Brown, BrownPartners; Dan Pohlig, content producer, WHYY/The Next Mayor project; and Jan Ting, Professor, Temple University Law School.
The discussion will range from anonymous sources, the ever-changing blogosphere, media takeovers and the proposed Shield Law legislation. One hour of substantive CLE credit is available for attorneys who register in advance with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Visit pbi.org for details.
